If you are a client of TLPI, we will generally retain your data for a minimum of 6 years after the end of your contract with us and thereafter for so long as we can lawfully justify holding your data.

Active leads: subject to engagement and legitimate interest
Unsubscribed contacts: retained for suppression purposes only
Deletion requests: actioned promptly and recorded to ensure compliance

Your rights in respect of your personal information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time.

If at any time you believe that the data we hold for you is inaccurate or incomplete you may ask us to correct or remove it.
